The NexVaani Team — Who Writes These Guides
Every guide on this site is written and tested by the same small team that builds the tools. No content farms, no AI-spun filler, no "10 best" lists of products we have never opened.
Who we are
NexVaani started in 2026 as one developer's frustration: Shirisha Thatikanti, India — trying to compress a passport photo to 20 KB for a government portal and being told to "create an account, then upload your face to a stranger's server." The answer was to build the tools we wished existed — 138 of them now — and write the guides we wished someone had written.
How we work
- Everything is tested. If a guide says a tool hits 20 KB, we ran it on real files that week.
- Specs are verified against official sources — embassy photo requirements, government portal limits, platform terms — and re-checked when rules change.
- We recommend free/open-source tools even when it does not sell ours (see the yt-dlp guides — they literally send people away from us).
- Corrections are published, not buried. Email shirisha.thatikanti087@gmail.com — replies within 24–48h.
Why privacy is non-negotiable
ID photos, bank statements, contracts, scanned certificates — the files people bring to tool sites are the most sensitive files on their computers. That is why every NexVaani tool runs entirely in your browser via WebAssembly, why we log nothing, and why there is no upload button anywhere on this site.
