NexVaani is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Union and UK). By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement under local laws and digital advertising compliance standards.

2. Free Personal & Commercial Tool License

NexVaani grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use all 75+ browser-based tools for personal, educational, and commercial purposes without mandatory account registration or subscription fees.

• You may process personal, business, academic, and government documents freely.
• Exported files belong 100% to you without any watermarks or restrictive licensing added by NexVaani.

3. Client-Side Processing & User Responsibilities

Where supported, all file modifications, calculations, and conversions execute locally inside your web browser using WebAssembly and HTML5 APIs.

• Data Backups: Because NexVaani does not upload or retain your files on remote servers, you are responsible for maintaining original backups of your source files.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our tools to reverse-engineer malicious payloads, distribute harmful code, or violate copyright laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is” Provision)

All tools, calculators, and converters on NexVaani are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Financial calculators (Loan EMI, Mortgage, SIP, GST) provide mathematical approximations for educational and planning purposes and do not constitute certified financial, tax, or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexVaani and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the tools.
